Olive oil brownie

For this new recipe, chef Irina Mendonça offers us a delicious and comforting cake.

List of ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 225 gr of olive oil
- 300 g of sugar
- 75 g of dark chocolate
- 75gr of cocoa
- 100 gr of flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 50g dark chocolate chips

Preparation :
1- Preheat the oven to 180°C, line the bottom of one with baking paper.
mold (rectangular or square).
2- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, do
be careful not to cook the chocolate. Then, mix with a whisk the
melted chocolate and olive oil and leave to cool.
3- Mix the eggs with the sugar using a whisk or electric mixer, until white. Add your mixture of
chocolate and olive oil.
4- Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until
obtaining a homogeneous paste. At the end, add to your dough the
chocolate chips.
5- Bake your cake for 25/30min. Test cooking in
plunging a knife blade, if it comes out clean and slightly damp
It's ready.

Let cool a little before unmolding your brownie and enjoying it!
