Our history
Gardam oils are the product of ancestral know-how transmitted over the past four generations.
At marriage between tradition and modernity, combine the delicacy of the gesture, the olive picked by hand, the fragrance created by the granite wheel giving rise to the quintessence of the olive oil, the flower of olive, elixir of absolute purity.
It is to the mixture of cultures that Gardam owes its know-how, acquired in the mills of Provence, but also to a family passion born and transmitted across the Mediterranean, in Morocco.
Indeed, between homeland in Champagne and Moroccan roots, the history of our olive oil is made of journeys and return to our land of origin.
From our great-grandfather till today, we produce olive oil from the olive trees planted by these successive generations.
