The black olive paste is made with Grossane, which gives it an extraordinary fragrance thanks to the quality of the olives and oil fromMoulin du Calanquet. This paste is the basis for making your own olivade, or using it as is in dishes.

Denomination: Extra virgin olive oil

Superior category olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Minimum durability: 12 months

Storage conditions: Store away from heat and light.

Description: Smoked salmon strings in wooden case and sliced plate

Packaged in boxes under ice as soon as they come out of the water, the salmon are shipped fresh and gutted from Norway or Scotland to our workshops.
Salted with dry salt, the salmon is then dried and slowly cold-smoked with beechwood shavings.

Consume within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
Take the product out of the fridge 15 minutes before consumption.
